In this half-day hands-on workshop the participants will:

• Know the application, indications and limitations of ultrasound in PsA and RA.
• Gain knowledge and skills to implement ultrasound to support the early detection of disease activity and structural damage in PsA or RA and T2T strategies.
• Familiarize the distribution of (subclinical) sonographic manifestations of the spectrum of rheumatic abnormalities in each anatomic area (e.g. joint synovitis, tenosynovitis, enthesitis, paratenonitis, dactylitis, bone erosions, enthesophytes vs osteophytes).
• Detect and quantify (teno-) synovial, and entheseal inflammation.
• Detect and quantify structural joint damage (i.e. bone, tendons, cartilage).
• Support knowledge with hands-on scanning techniques to detect pathology in patients.
