The BSSO ‘Eruption Disrupted’ one-day symposium is organized to present an opportunity for both orthodontists and maxillofacial surgeons to gather and share scientific information on diagnosis and treatment planning in this specific field of surgical orthodontics. We have been very lucky to attract eminent speakers, who are considered to be leading experts on the subject. They will share their thoughts and insights, but most of all, their experience in the treatment of eruption and other dento-alveolar problems and disorders. Common problems in the eruption of third molars and canine will be discussed and critically evaluated towards evidence-based decision making, advanced cases with increasing difficulty will be presented and discussed.
