The Association was established at a meeting in Vienna on 7th June 2007 and is registered in England as a Limited Company (Registration no.06373427) and as a Charity (Registration No. 1125081). EAHAD objectives are to foster science advancement in the field relating to inherited and acquired bleeding disorders in Europe, to encourage research and to provide a wide forum for discussion. The European Association for Haemophilia and Allied Disorders is a multi-disciplinary association of healthcare professionals who provide care for individuals with haemophilia and other bleeding disorders. EAHAD’s objectives are to promote education, support research and improve the clinical care and lives of patients with inherited or acquired bleeding disorders. The annual Congress is a special opportunity to increase your knowledge, to better understand the most recent scientific advances, to present your latest findings and to interact with physicians, nurses, physiotherapists and all other caregivers dedicated to this field.
