Basic Course of Instruction
The fundamentals of Manual Muscle Testing – a combination of Applied Kinesiology, Functional Neurology and Functional Medicine.
Jim and Alan have been working together for several years to develop a truly holistic model of working. The course is based on sound neurology assessing functional changes to proprioceptive and nociceptive feedback.
Based on 4, 2 day weekends, the course uses a rational, extremely practical and physical approach. The course will give you the knowledge to treat a patients systemic and local problems in an holistic manner.
It includes treatment techniques for:-
Muscle and fascial chains
Cranial/sacral treatment
An introduction to orthomolecular medicine
Integration of movement and learnt reflex patterns
The seminar details are:
• Weekend 1 – 05/06 Oct 2019 – Treating the whole person, the principles of Applied Kinesiology and systemic structural problems (an introduction to the Cranial / Sacral mechanism).
• Weekend 2 – 23/24 Nov 2019 – Treating the whole person, systemic inflammation, stress reactions and the glandular / hormonal system.
• Weekend 3 –25/26 Jan 2020 – Treating the whole person, advanced cranial faults, the diaphragm, the emotional side, local spinal problems.
• Weekend 4 – 22/23 Feb 2020 – Development and movement patterns. Local problems, treating peripheral joints and local muscle reactions. Uncovering hidden problems. International College of Applied Kinesiology Competence test.
