Obtaining his Master’s Degree in Dental Technology in 1996, Udo Plaster is continuously on the search for a more holistic and accurate way of applying his expertise and experience with the patient as the focus. As an international lecturer and author of numerous publications, innovator of dental technologies, Plaster shares his knowledge, contributes to the improvement of interdisciplinary communication between the dentist and the dental technician and is committed to the well-being of the patients.Good communication between all 3; the patient, the dentist, the technician are essential elements for obtaining successful results.
- Dr. Ulrich Volz
Dr. Ulrich Volz was born in 1964. He is founder President of the ISMI — International Society of Metal-Free Implantology and founder of the BODENSEE ZAHNKLINIK. The Bodensee Zahnklinik has made a name for itself primarily in the field of all-ceramic and Implantology. Co-author of the patient guidance booklet, "Zähne gut, alles gut" (“Healthy teeth, all’s well”) and the “Implantology Guidebook“. From 2001 to 2004, development consultant with the achievement of the zirconium-oxide implant Z-Look, one of the first approved ceramic implants. Founder of the company Z-Systems in 2004. Founder of the first ever use of ultra-sonic implants in 2006 and founder of ultrasonic applications in membrane technology for bone augmentation in 2007. 2007, latest generation of ATZ ceramic implants and CEO of the company, “Swiss Dental Solutions“. From 2002 to 2012 he developed the first two-piece ceramic implants.
In 2013-2014 he developed the newest generation of one piece hybrid implants and maturation of the SCC (Short Cut Concept), which allows you immediate implantation after extraction in the region of molars and immediate temporary restorations.
Thanks to his pioneering achievements, he is arguably the one of the most experienced and well-known biological dentist in Europe, and has developed unique treatment methods and surgery concepts which only became possible through the concurrent use of biological and immunological enhancement protocols. His treatment successes, publications, and international talks have sparked a new trend in dentistry and led to the fact that a large percentage of his patients are themselves dentists, doctors, and non-medical practitioners.
He currently leads the biological dentistry department in the SWISS BIOHEALTH CLINIC in Kreuzlingen, Switzerland. Since 2001, Dr. Volz has performed more than 18,000 ceramic implant placements.
- Tony Rotondo
Tony Rotondo is a registered specialist in Prosthodontics, he completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Queensland in 1984 and a postgraduate residency in Prosthodontics in 1996 at the University of California, Los Angles (UCLA). He currently practices in Brisbane. Tony has specific interests in dental aesthetics, dental implants and ceramic materials. He has and continues to teach undergraduates and postgraduates at the University of Queensland. He has been a visiting lecturer to the postgraduate program in prosthodontics at the University of Sydney and a visiting lecturer to Griffith University, School of Dentistry in Southport and the University of Queensland.
In the past Tony has been the president of the Australian Society of Aesthetic Dentistry (QLD Branch), secretary of ANZAP (Australian and New Zealand Academy of Prosthodontists), treasurer and founding member of AOS (Australasian Osseointegration Society, QLD branch), he is part of the DSD scientific board and a member of many other professional associations. Tony is a product evaluator for dental companies and presents numerous continuing educational programs nationally and internationally
