This course covers all aspects of the treatment from diagnosis, assessment, case evaluation to fitting and then retention. This is so attendees will be able to handle simple to moderate cases immediately. It is proven that getting started quickly will help you to introduce the Inman Aligner into your practice. You are supported every step of the way with an online mentoring system where your cases are checked for suitability, your records are assessed and help can be given at any point through the treatment. Two monitored cases are treated as part of your certification.

You are urged to bring your own cases for evaluation so you can start planning the treatment with the trainer. The best start-up cases are the ones with very mild misalignment (do not bring extremely crowded cases!)

IAS ACADEMY

IAS Academy is a UK based, international dental training Academy providing simple to comprehensive orthodontic courses. IAS Academy, offers digitally planned fixed and removable orthodontic training for GDPs with specialist-led mentoring, training and support.

IAS Academy was founded to meet the ever-growing demands for appropriate education in GDP orthodontics. Our approach has always been about doing the right thing through ethical ongoing education, support and patient choice.

In 2005 we started running Inman Aligner courses after discovering the impact this clever spring aligner could have on the way we practice dentistry. We have trained thousands of dentists worldwide to use the Inman Aligner via our hands-on course and continued lifelong learning through online support, study clubs, refresher and advanced courses.

As GDP orthodontics has evolved, we have also developed handson courses for our digitally planned, low-visibility IAS Clear Aligners, IAS Fixed Braces and the IAS Advanced Course. This choice of postgraduate courses brings a consistent and integrated approach to the full range of orthodontic training options available to GDPs.

We have appointed Prof. Ross Hobson as our overall Clinical Director and the main tutor for our 14-month IAS Advanced program. His experience as a specialist orthodontist and academic brings authority to the whole Academy by providing overall clinical governance and overseeing quality assurance across all our courses
