The internationally renowned Hammersmith Hospital, Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust will host an
educational meeting focused on individualised treatment in CML and optimal management of CML patients.
The meeting will be led by Professor Jane Apperley, Chair of the Department of Haematology, Imperial
College London, and will off er knowledge exchange and practical interactions with a cross-functional team
of CML experts, and other specialists supporting the treatment of patients with CML.
