What are the aims of Workshops?
After this workshop attendees will be further upskilled and proficient in carrying out NGS testing having received training on data evaluation and interpretation, followed by further training and discussion of data evaluation in challenging cases, NGS strategies for fusion and exon-skipping detection and the determination of tumour mutational burden.
Workshop Design
This workshop is designed to provide pathologists, molecular biologists and lab technicians with in-depth theoretical knowledge and practical guidance on the use of emerging technologies for molecular testing in NSCLC, with a focus on testing for ALK and ROS1 rearrangements
The workshop covers the different aspects and phases of next-generation sequencing assays and relevant data analysis tools
The workshop will include:
