The Florence CWIG Annual Meeting will continue on the pathway of the previous meetings in Istanbul, Buenos Aires, Seoul, Aarhus, Hong Kong and Norfolk with the aim to propose and discuss guidelines and clinical recommendations on the management of chest pathologies.The final achievement will be to strengthen the central role of the CWIG as a worldwide scientific reference to establish a standard for innovation.
The scientific program will offer many quality lectures delivered by leading international experts in the field of congenital and acquired chest wall disorders, reserving plenty of time for discussion among all participants. We encourage you all to prepare your abstract; the Scientific Committee will select the best ones to be presented during the meeting.

Florence, cradle of the Italian Renaissance, with its historical, artistic and cultural heritage, and numerous museums and art galleries, is waiting for you and your families. Don’t even forget that Tuscany region is well known for excellent wines and delicious Italian food!
