The Association was established at a meeting in Vienna on 7th June 2007 and is registered in England as a Limited Company (Registration no.06373427) and as a Charity (Registration No. 1125081). EAHAD objectives are to foster science advancement in the field relating to inherited and acquired bleeding disorders in Europe, to encourage research and to provide a wide forum for discussion. The European Association for Haemophilia and Allied Disorders is a multi-disciplinary association of healthcare professionals who provide care for individuals with haemophilia and other bleeding disorders. Our purpose is to promote clinical care, education and research for this group of patients across the continent.
